A dual training programme lays the foundation for your future career. As a training company of the Aschaffenburg Chamber of Crafts, we attach great importance to practical knowledge transfer. That is why our trainees are allowed to work on their own under the guidance of our specialist trainers. Many of our employees have completed their training in our company. We are continuing this tradition: become part of the next KOBA generation.
